Items can be returned up to 30 days after receiving your item for any reason. Depending on the reason of return our terms will apply. For all returns, you must contact us as as soon as possible. The best way to reach us is via email. Damaged items need to be reported the same day, this is so that we can claim damage through the courier. Courier claims can be invalid if it left too late.
Damaged in transit
If for some reason you have damaged items, you will need to contact us by email, attach photos of the damaged products and list out the products that need to be refunded. In this case we will issue you a refund without the need to return.
Incorrect items sent
Contact us by email, provide your order number and a phone contact. We will get the correct items sent out, and will also send you a payment to cover the cost of posting the incorrect items back.
Changed your mind
If you have changed your mind, you are welcome to return the items. You will be responsible for posting the items back to use. Please pack them well to avoid damage.
